I got up in the hospital bed on my hands and knees and because my daughter is Sunnyside up they had an ice pack on my pelvis and a heat pad on my back to try to get her to turn. they had me on a morphine drip and shot so it really relaxed me and I ended up falling asleep and woke up to a pop and water gushing out everywhere!! I did a lot of walking before and labored in the tub.

How did you get it to break?!
