138/78 blood pressure.its starting to creep up and honestly I don't feel well at all. anyone experience this?

Your Bp doesn't seem that high that they would need to do that. You should see if you have any alternatives.

My doctor prescribed me baby aspirin for my high blood pressure. You should ask your ob about taking them.
