My friend is actually getting married because she's pregnant, she did tell me she wanted to have the same last name as the baby and she just thought it looked bad having a kid before marriage, so I think she's dumb for that but if thats what she wants then so be it its her life but divorce is expensive so I just hope her relationship goes well
Nope! you don't stay together cause of a child why get married because of one. We'll get married when we are ready In our relationship just like we would've before our son.. I have sooo many friends that have got engaged and got married this year because they found out they're prego.. like planned a wedding in 2 months. I think it's so dumb...they weren't together long, they didn't even live together.. I just don't think it'll last. but I hope it does!
No... that's what of the worse reasons to get married or stay in a failing marriage. Never Ever use kids as an excuse. They will feel this and blame themselves.
if there's no love, there's no point. even if there is love, you can still wait. my brother and his wife have been together for 5 years, have a 3 year old, and got married April 22 of this year! don't do it because there's a baby and that's the only reason.
my mom did when she got pregnant with me and even I told her it was a mistake. hahaha
my cousin did. but her family has a good track record of staying with their men. obviously don't do it just cause you're pregnant because then it will more than likely end in divorce.
If you love the guy and want to spend your life with him then marry him. Absolutely DO NOT marry a man simply because he "knocked you up". Life is too short and too precious to waste it with a man you don't love. That's just my opinion though. Ultimately the choice is yours, it comes down to what you can and can't live with.
