VENT: Most people complain about their Mil's (totally understandable) lol but I cannot stand my mom-_- she's like a fucking highschooler and must insert herself in as much drama as possible. I want to say something, but I DON'T WANT THE DRAMA!!! I'm reenlisting (other then the fact I love what I do) to stay away from her and it's sad. She must post about our family issues to get attention and so we look like shit (my siblings and I) I'm just so annoyed and I'm not planning and family visits for my next enlistment because I cannot handle the bs. I love being 2500 miles away 😂

It may sound bad but I feel the same about mine. Being around her is like a dark cloud. Mine is always so negative and always making everything about her, and starting drama with the family and getting in my SO and my business. It's been one of the major stresses during my pregnancy, so I completely understand where you're coming from.

It's just so frustrating, I have a 15 month old and a freaking baby due in 19 days, I don't care about your bullshit. Having my own kids I cannot imagine treating /talking about them that way! My older brother was doing some bad things but he's doing so well now and she just keeps dragging him down. I do not want my kids around her. And she used to tell everyone my husband abuses and controls me -_- okay lol go away!

@kmunoz, that sounds exactly like my mom! Mine tells my family the same thing that my fiancé controls me and is abusive. She can never be happy for me. I'm sorry you have to deal with it also:( it' definitely weighs you down.

I love my mom, but I don't want my kids around that crap .. I don't even want to be! Its worse then highschool !! uhg I'm sure if I ignore it the cops will be called about how my husband is keeping me captive and abusing our kids... she's crazy. She got my husband kicked out of the military because she called his command saying he was doing cocaine -_- and she's threatened to call mine because she didn't want us o get married .. @lumbeemama

@kmunoz, damn that's nuts. I don't want mine around my child either. She's not responsible enough. When my dog was a tiny puppy I had her watch him one night and she drugged him with a bunch of benedryl bc she got tired of him crying. Plus I just don't want that kind of negativity around my child in general. Like no joke, at my baby shower she told me her and my grandma looked at the 3D ultrasound of my son and that he looks like he has horns and will be evil. Who says that!? Especially on such a happy occasion. Ughh. What are we gonna do. You know if we keep our kids away from them they'll just cause more drama. 😞

It's a lose lose situation that's for sure. That's so messed up, I definitely wouldn't trust her around a baby.. they cry a lot more then a dog! lol ugh well at least we can be better mothers and treat our kids better then how we were treated/taught and we know how we don't want to be as parents lol so I guess that's one plus @lumbeemama

@kmunoz, yeah that is the silver lining. Hopefully things work out for the both of us though, we deserve better than that and so do our children.
