ugh!! So today's started out good. my little brother got married and I gained a wonderful sister in law who I absolutely adore! however I do not see the need to drink and get drunk to celebrate or to have a good time. my mother has been gone for 2 weeks and hadn't seen my daughter in a week before that so she asked for us to come visit after the wedding. no big deal. they know how I feel about being around alcohol. long story short my dad chose his alcohol over his relationship with me and I still have issues with it. I don't wanna be around it and I don't want my kid(s) around it. So they told me since my mom's payroll check was delayed a day they weren't going to be drinking. so I was okay with visiting and having dinner. well I'm getting ready to eat and my step brother shows up with this huge bag from the liquor store and says I got what y'all asked me to. so I got pissed. naturally. needless to say my kids will have no relationship with any of their grandparents apparently. if they can't respect the fact I don't want to be around that shit then so be it. they went behind my back and had him bring it over anyways. so now I'm home, pissed off, and hungry as hell and the only thing little man will let me eat we don't have any more of. sorry rant over...
