I don't think there is much you can do but I'm sure it will go away on its own.

no there is nothing you can do. it's their skin getting use to the world. Mine always got it on their noses first

with my son it went away I would say probably by the time he was 3 months but with my daughter she had until she was 6 months old

Wash his face with a warm wet cloth and some baby soap. My son had it on his nose and they were under his skin and I did that and they are all gone now. Took a couple weeks though!

I would avoid bathing him too much, that can actually make it worse because it strips them of their natural oils. You can rub a little breastmilk on it and that actually works, or if not breastfeeding try coconut oil! I did that for my daughter's cradle cap and it was gone in a DAY. My girl didn't have bad baby acne because I usually bathe her only 2 per week, her natural oils keep her skin healthy. Unless of course she gets food all oover herself or she pukes or has a bad diaper blowout lol then of course I bathe her lol

@hellosweetie, I don't over bathe him so I don't think that's the problem. maybe bc he's getting kissed by too many people 😓😓 and I know saliva can cause it as well. thank you for your advice. if the warm towel and baby soap doesn't work I'll try breast milk. ☺️
