I have a 3 bedroom & ours has just been $50 or so per month, gas is like $40 & our water has been around $80. I live in Texas though..

The thing is that we go half and half with the ppl downstairs and i didnt want to be cheated or anything like that..i guess ill never know since idk how much light they use 😥😥

The highest my bill has ever been here in CA is $45, and thats because it was summer, and the AC was running all day, basically every day, but every city has their own rates
