You can google caffeine levels on most drinks

funny story, I worked at walmart for almost 2 years and during that time I figured out I couldn't have coffee cause of the caffeine quantity and my iron levels. well, I wanted some one night and I just kept drinking it cause I typically worked late. it wasn't until a few months later I realized it had to be decaf cause I couldn't have caffeine. point of the story: no one else knew it because they taste the same.

u can have a cup a day or 12oz.... I didn't know I was pregnant in the beginning and I drank so much coffee.... I haven't had any in 2 weeks or chocolate! I love those 2....
