Has anyone else been having or previously had horrible acid reflex? I have been having it so badly I wanna cry. And I can't seem to find anything that helps it. It lasts all day and then it'll keep me up at night. My throat burns so badly 😫 anyone have any suggestions or anything you did that worked for you? I can't take this much longer!

I hadn't either until I was complaining to a friend one day. It's like tums but 1000x better! I can't chew the tablets but it also comes in a liquid. You should be able to find it in the same place as tums. @simplyairbear

I have terrible heartburn to where I get sick... I tried everything in the book and I finally happened upon gaviscon! Best stuff in the world @simplyairbear

@kristenrosasco, I've tried tums and Rolaids, but they didn't help 🙁 just stopped it for a minute and it came right back. I can't even lay down because that's when it gets the worst. Agh! I'll definitely try the gum! That's something. I haven't tried.
Same girl. Tums normally helps mine though. Yours sounds more serious but you can always try! Oh gum helps too! Wintermint ❄️
