lol I found this funny, after 3 kids the only thing I want the nurses to do is not to tell me to push harder when I'm already pushing my self to the limit.. makes me want to punch them in the throat

@love53, like your baby gets most of its blood from its cord after its born so the longer you delay the cord clamping and stuff the better it is for the baby. and you have skin on skin time but it's easier to have it written down so they don't forget anything during that stressful but joyful moment.
@love53, you could just tell them but depending on how many nurse shifts you have its better to have it all written on a piece of paper on your door. or on the white board in your room. it's better to have those written down so that they know what you are wanting.
ooh ok like I been telling my husband I don't want them to bathe the baby till a day after. should I write that up ? or could I just tell them @6215teenmom
@love53, It's just easier because your doctor and nurses will know your hard limits on like circumcision and skin time, and cord clamping time. all before you have the baby.
lol I really see no point in making one since you never know what can happen during labor.
what was wrong with your last experience? I haven't had anything too bad happen just with my first the doctor hurt me while trying to break my water
@love53, I didn't have a birth plan with my daughter bc I didn't know what it even was. but I'm thinking about one this time. just because of my last experience.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

How many of you Mama's to be are getting a push present? I still haven't gotten my last 2 push presents so I plan on looking for a few cheap push presents or 1 expensive push present to make up for the last 2 he didn't get me & this one😁
I need a little advice. I'm barely pregnant and my boyfriends family is already telling me they have to be in the room while I push. His grandma told me that it doesn't matter what I want because its her great grandbaby. I was not raised like his family. I was raised to have a choice and not let people dictate how things go.
