I've been meaning to ask, exactly how hard is it to get on WIC? Since he's now alternating between breastfeeding and formula I know we'll probably need a little help with the formula. I know nothing about the program so I'm wondering about the ins and outs of it.
they don't help with diapers. the toll free number is 1866 636 7942
@cajunpeach89 that's awesome! I bet it has helped out alot too. do they help out with diapers too? Oh if you could give me the toll free number, you'd be such a blessing! 😭
yes, I've had wic since I was pregnant with my daughter. As long as your income stays in the right bracket you can get wic from the time you get pregnant until you child turns 5. I can give you the toll free number for wic and you can call and they will tell you what all you need to bring to apply.
@cajunpeach89 Niiice! yeah, that will definetely help us out alot! I think we will qualify I just hope we would be able to get it soon. Are you on it too?
you will get milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, some formula (if you do formula) , baby food when baby is 6 months, juice...I can't remember specifically what all else when you do formula. But that's most of what you get.
@cajunpeach89 ohh okay. what all do you get on wic?
it's really not hard. you just need to take your proof of income for about 4 weeks and proof of residency.
It's generally not hard. you just can't make over a certain amount of money per year for your household. that's the biggest thing.
I’m 19 and pregnant and I don’t know anything about being pregnant and all that stuff. Someone please help.
I don't know nothing about formula feeding a baby because I was a breast feeding mom, I don't know about similac😩

Ha twins I don't know about that now 🤔🤔🤔😐😐
Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
I don't know how many times I've seen this on here but I would really like to make it clear that it takes about 5 or more weeks of being pregnant before you actually know you're pregnant...
Not hard at all.
