my doctor prescribed antibiotics and said to try steam as much as possible to help breathing x

yeah I'm 26wk had this since 20wk and sometimes get nose bleeds with it in the morning too 😕 it's caused by hormones and increased blood flow in the blood vessels causing more pressure on the sinuses. Lovely pregnancy symptoms 😊

I had this for awhile and it turned out I had sinusitis x
