is it normal that I feel guilty that I'm not breastfeeding?😭

Everyone puts so much pressure on new mums to breast feed and they can make you feel like a failure if you bottle feed!! As long as your baby is loved and gets plenty of hugs warmth and is fed ( bottle or breast) then thats all that matters. Dont feel guilty you do what is right for your family. I put so much pressure on myself to breast feed and was so stressed and in such pain trying with my first that when this one comes i refuse to stress over it. Your doing great xxx@leigh-amyxo

Don't feel guilty. Aslong as your baby is getting fed, wether bottle or breast that's the main thing! xx

I breastfeed but I would never ever judge another mum for bottle feeding. We're all in the same boat doing the best we can! People bottle feed for a number of different reasons but the bottom line is that it's your body and if you don't want to breastfeed, you shouldn't have to. There are many different ways to raise healthy, happy babies 😊xx

Was there reasons why you didn't want too / felt you couldn't . If you ever wanted to - you can re lactate xx

A lot of people are not supported properly , or given the right advice . I though I wasn't producing enough , or she was unhappy and all sorts when it fact it's tough and hard work but the only reason they want to feed so much is growth spurts and to tell your body how much to produce . It's quite amazing. I now ff feed mine at 5 months but the journey was lovely Xx

my little one now is 11 days old and we think he's going through a growth spurt because he's going through formula like there's no tomorrow haha @tiasohi1 xx

Yeah around that time - 8 weeks and 12 weeks . Then the dreaded 4 month sleep regression x

I couldn't do it with both of mine, my body just wouldn't hack it, couldn't make the milk. I did feel guilty but I have two healthy baby's so now I'm not bothered. :) xxx
