okay mommies i have to take my glucose test thursday but i cant remember do i need to fast before and how long should i wait before my apt to drink the drink

my doctor didn't tell me anything for both actually. the first one i took at like 4pm and i had eaten and drank stuff through out the day. the one i took today. im technically fasting but im normally not hungry till after 12.
i think everyone is different, u should call ur office just to make sure

My doctor said don't eat or drink anything two hours before my appointment. Mine isn't until the 2nd of June. But I would call your doctor because I know some people have to fast for like 8 hours before.

Call your doctor's office. It depends on what they want.

I'm doing mine right now. My doctor told me I didn't have to fast. This morning I ate cereal and a banana. To be honest I was too afraid to eat anything else after I at at 6 this morning. All I did was drink water.
