what kind of exercise did you start off with and for how long? really want to get into shape! 💪
I tried around 8 weeks and it was uncomfortable so I waited waaaay later around 6 months pp to start P90X3 and lost 20 lbs! I am now 9 months pp and on round two! Find something that will kick your butt.
