Hello ladies! My name is Lia and I am currently training to be a Doula! Part of my certification is to interview women about different parts of their pregnancy and their experience. I will be asking a few questions on here and if you live in Colorado I might be offering to be your Doula for free as part of my certification! I believe as women we are capable of having an easy and enjoyable birth just like any other mammal. My goal is to empower women through their birthing experience and keep them as comfortable as possible on all levels. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
