Contractions every 2 minutes lasting 20 seconds or so. Starts in my back and spreads to the front. It hurts so freaking bad already I'm so scared!!!! 😣😥

thank you guys!!!! I called l and d and my midwife and they told me to wait til they are a minute a piece. it hurts so bad though it's all in my back!
