I have my scan this wednesday to find out my baby's gender but it's stupid how the ultrasound person won't be able to tell me like wtf? Meaning I'll have to wait till next week (my actual ob appointment) to find out the gender.

So he didn't give you the pictures where it showed the gender? And omg wow thats crazy. I been wanting to change my clinic also but I don't because it's close to me and I don't wanna start prenatal care somewhere else all over again
he gave me the regular ones but he claimed it was against their practice if he did. someone told me later that they were sued before bc they told someone the wrong gender.. I guess bc they aren't supposed to give that info out to begin with. I was seriously thinking of changing my OB at that point. I didnt, but the next time they did an ultrasound the lady was actually nice and told me anyway.
Wow are you serious? Why would he not give you pictures at least? I am arguing with mine if they don't 😒 @jessicarose0602
when I had mine at 20 weeks the ultrasound tech was so rude and then told me he couldn't tell me for sure what I was having and wouldn't even print off photos of what the gender was.. I was so upset! I went and paid for a 3d/4d scan out of my own pocket just because of that.
they told me what I was having I don't understand why they can't tell you!!
oh mine.. they have a screen and they have a tv screen so i can see what they r doing..
@lilfree16, thing is they don't even face the screen my way they can only see which sucks 😒 i just stare into a wall lol like hello I wanna see also makes me wanna change to a hospital just because of that
if u look while shes searching and pay attn u can tell lol i knew mine was a girl b4 she told me
@mgould0304, I hope so lol ill be mad if it was the same one that did my 10 weeks ultrasound she was so dry & barely any communication she'll just check the baby & give me the pictures 😒
maybe you'll get a nice ultrasound tec mine wasn't supposed to tell me but she did lol .. and its usually not too hard to tell if your baby cooperates. girls look like a little sandwich and boys have "turtles" lol
I know but am planning on just seeing my doctor as a walk in right after the scan because I was at the er sunday night & I have to give her these papers. Hoping she'll see me lol I wanna know so bad 😣

@paula91, Idk it's so stupid, when you go in to the ultra sound department in my clinic they have a paper saying that they can't give you the gender only your doctor like why!!

There’s nothing wrong at all with having a gender reveal to find out or announce what you are having. 🙄

that's the only reason I didn't change mine! it made me so mad that I went and spent $120 out of my own pocket to find out for sure and to get pics. I have family that live over 10 hours away and I couldn't show them pics at first bc the tech wouldn't give me any. I was furious.
