I got my IUD inserted at 6 weeks post partum and my first post partum period at 8 weeks. This period is heavier than my post partum bleeding ever was. Ugh. I didn't miss this crap!

I have a TMI question. I had my son 7 weeks ago. My fiance and I had sex at 3 weeks post partum. I had a c-section so the bleeding stopped at 2 weeks. We have never used birth control and the pull out method has worked for us. I've been having weird discharge and I just want to know if anyone else had this and what was the outcome. Pregnancy or period starting back up? Pictures are in comments.
My hospital officially posted on their website that no spouses are aloud in during birth/post partum. So guess who’s gonna have to freaking look into a midwife for vbac tomorrow 🙃 not an option to have my fiancé miss the whole birth of our son. Freaking crazy.

Right they should and gaining baby weight too doesn't count lol I always made fun of my husband for gaining more weight then I did in my last two pregnancies lol@emeliaday

@kreese88, I bled for about 10 days after my c section but never heavy. I had light spotting for a couple days after insertion of my IUD and then nothing until this. I had this IUD before and I had no issues and no period. This is just a monster lol.

I got my iud while on my first pp period and I didn't bleed that much with that period but my second omg i couldn't even get out of bed for day, the only thing I don't like about the iud is, I've been bleeding on and off since November. But I haven't had a period since December go me lol. 😂
