got my first scan date today! very excited now knowing I will be seeing my little bean on screen next month! still not told any family or friends about me being pregnant! don't know how and when to tell them just yet! ❤
Should I let my x know when labor starts
Ok I know I've done a few of these but my friend posted this on FB and we're getting some hilarious results. This was my last text:
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
Some people just know it all 🤷🏻 ♀ 😂 Ik my body.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

@mezaab, I had my first appointment last week and my midwife told me I will get a phone call this week telling me my date.. but some get letters I didn't want a letter with no one knowing about me.. so you should get your first appointment for your scan soon!:) if you've not heard anything by next week ring your midwife up an see what she says.. but nothing to worry about cos you shouldn't have your first scan till your about 12 weeks anyway!xx

@babysyko, yeah I had had my first appointment last week and nurse told that my mid wife will be contacting me within next three weeks. However no contact have been made since then.

@missy84, I can't wait no! I'm wishing this next 4 weeks away already haha! & @mezaab have you been to see your midwife for your first appointment yet? & @laurenn me and my partner have said we aren't going to say anything till after my scan but we wanted to tell his mum on her birthday which is 16th of next month and have my scan then but ill only nearly 11weeks then.. so we don't know when we telling people yet still sorting it haha! xxx

With my first I didn't tell anyone until after my first scan.. Only my partner.. With this one I couldn't keep my gob shut haha.. Told anyone that would listen straight away 😂😂 good luck 😁 xx
