does anybody else have terrible night sweats?? if so what can you do about it?

I have my a.c on and still sweat 😨

I have a fan going

my chest is always drenched in sweat every time I sleep.

Sleep with a fan!! It has saved my life.

I woke up an hour ago because of it now I'm cold Don't know What is causing it either :-(
