I have literally had to pee over 15 times today! Baby is using my bladder as a pillow and I can't stop drinking water and gatorade. I am so thirsty 24/7 especially at night. I heard it's worse when breastfeeding.

@tattooomama won't that take all the milk out of the other boob though?

to maximize production pump n feed same time. when the pump is done switch . with my first I'd pump 8-10oz doing that

yeah I really want to exclusively breastfeed so I will have tons of water on hand lol @tattooomama

deff wanna keep up w/fluids n food when breastfeeding it drains ya but so worth it

no esp when they are bitty bc by the time pump is fully done one side baby is almost done .. when they are Lil they only take in so much and the more u pump etc the more you will produce etc
