okay ladies, I need your help.

basically I just pee'd and wiped, and there was red spotting. it was barely any there but enough for me to notice. im waiting on the dr to call me back and let me know about my results on a uti, but I also think I have a yeast infection. no cramps or anything, & shes still kicking. any advice, has this happened to anyone? HELP.
