If I'm not breastfeeding how can I lose baby weight quickly???
I know exercise is important, but I want to start right away and not wait six weeks to boost weight loss
You can do mild exercise like walking just not a whole lot. You're going to be a little sore so you just wanna take it as easy as possible.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Everyone's body is different, a lot of women who breast feed actually gain weight until they're done. But, try to wait to work out your abs until the space closes between them or you could really injury yourself and it takes a while to heal. Walking is always good, gets you out of the house plus baby can come with lol I was running a lot with my husband as well.
Just do what's comfortable, your body will be able to tell you a lot. Or you could also look up post partum workout, might not seem like a lot, but it's a start(:
