okay, FTM. I'm packing my hospital bag (or trying to anyway) as we speak. Should I pack diapers, wipes? what should i pack and what should i skip?

The hospital gives you diapers and wipes, and some to go. The only thing you HAVE to pack for baby is a couple hats, mittens and a going home outfit. They give you everything else. For you, house shoes, your own toiletries, an extra pillow, nursing bra, clothes to go home in. And really that's it.

I would take wipes with u. I don't know how ur hospital is but I know my local hospital only gives u wipes that u have to wet and I didn't like them

I put diapers and wipes in just in case we had to go out after leaving the hospital. But that list ^^ is a great tool!
