we are two weeks tomorrow and 1 week and 2 days post heart surgery today he's doing great we have a fighter!!

@tannermarie, she had her surgery at Rainbow Babies and Children hospital. Dr Mark Galantowicz was her surgeon
He has tricuspis Artesia and a few other problems I can't quite put my finger on at the moment who did your baby's surgery?

@tabnermarie, I was very emotional too, but then this calm came over me. There was nothing left for me to do and I knew she was in the best hands. Do you mind me asking what was wrong with his heart? My daughter was born with a large hole (a VSD) that never closed and was affecting her growth.

@tannermarie, he looks great! My daughter had open heart surgery when she was 5 months old.. It's absolutely amazing how quickly babies recover and the difference in them after surgery. Best of luck to you and you little heart warrior!
