Try some heating pads wherever you hurt or take a washcloth or small towel, wet it with water as hot as you can take it, ring most of the water out and just lay it over your body where it hurts. I did it for my back a couple times it worked amazingly! 👍

Wish that was my case 😩 I soaked in a warm bath everyday for the past week hoping it'll relax my muscles and make my little one come out but, nothing! 😑 at least it is relaxing though lol
hmmm.. you should be fine to take a warm bath then. If you're not having contractions or dilated you should be fine.
No I was never in preterm labor they just said stay off my feet as much as possible @themommaoffour
My midwife said unless you're under strict bed rest from preterm labor warm baths are fine for achy muscles or just to help you relax. Were you in preterm labor is that why they're telling you no?

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
I already did that because I have round ligament pain,severe sciatica and RLS I'm totally twisted. This is my 6th baby doc said all my muscles are stretched out so bad it's no support to my body @queenace I won't feel a Lil better until 2-3 weeks
