Hi everyone! I posted this earlier on the main news feed BEFORE I found the breastfeeding forum (newbie here😅). Anyways, what electric breastpumps do you ladies recommend for purchase? I have Kaiser insurance, Ameda electric breast pumps are the only ones insurance-covered and based on looking at the reviews, the Ameda is not good. Any thoughts or suggestions for another brand to consider?

I'm getting the medela pump in style through my insurance. I hear it's one of the best.

I love my medela, I've heard good things about the freemie also. I got there cups to use with my medela.

get a closed system pump. I have the medela and it's an open system so I have to constantly replace the tubing especially since I pump a lot.

The Ameda is better than the other ones and the Medela is the best I've tried yet!

I didn't like the ameda. the Medela hospital grade one they let you rent is a1. however I do have a Medela pump in style that works just as good
