In the beginning I wasn't producing much so I took fenugreek pills and that helped a lot. The only weird thing was it makes your pee and sweat smell like maple syrup. I stopped taking them bc j ran out but I've been drinking a lot of water, eating oatmeal and lots of protein. @akeelah_naomi_mommy

Yes I love it. I tried medela with my first born and I didn't do too well with it. @3.26.16
