Had ovulation pains today even though as far as I've known I've already ovulated. Negative opk and really bad back ache! Potential signs? Implantation?

I've just ordered preseed, ovulation kits and some more pregnancy tests! I thought I'd try it out. Before we just used to go with the flow then tried during ovulation/fertile days but that wasn't working 😧 any tips on what you ladies did different and successfully fell pregnant? xx
@cmx, could be implantation hun but then could be a sign your periods coming I always get back ache and niggling 'ovulation' pain which usually signals my periods coming it's hard to distinguish between the 2 when looking for signs xx
