Bededas doesn't induce labour at all, there's nothing in it that can help but it's really good for after giving birth, especially if you've had stitches! The bath gel though, not the shower stuff. Don't put it directly on the skin 😷 A few drops of Clary sage essential oil in the bath is worth a try, I used to mix it with a carrier oil and rub it on my bump! xx

have you tried a bath hun? I got told badidas worked bring labour on, I used it with my last and 3 hours later I was in labour xx
