While leaking due to breastfeeding, what do you do with your swim suit? If you just plan on tanning, do you put bra pads in it? Or just leak in the swimsuit?

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
