Some lubes can be damaging to sperm because of the chemicals they contain, it may be a good idea to research some sperm friendly lubricants

Try conceive plus, supposed to be really good and heard great reviews on it. I've used it this month so waiting to see if it's worked. It's the safest lube to use as it actually helps the sperm xx
