Need some advice... So far my positives opk's I have gotten has been positive for four days now is that normal??? And i have done the baby dance two days that I have gotten a positive opk would it possible I would get pregnant?

I've got a positive opk on the 18th,19th,20th and the 21st so far... And me and my husband did the bay dance the 18th and the 20th would I have a chance of being pregnant
