This may be a silly question but as you know, my babies dad isn't involved - TOSSER! Anyway, he isn't on the birth certificate, I just want to know even if he isn't on the birth certificate does he have any rights? If so, can I get them terminated?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
If a guy is not on the birth certificate he cant file joint cusdoty or any of that am i right

Birth certificate I'm a ftm and I'm a little confused about how birth certificates and child support goes. My BD is completely out of the picture now (I'm 12w3d) and I was wondering if I put him on the birth certificate, and later down the line if he wants to be in the baby's life, will the courts just let him? Also, if his name isn't on the birth certificate, does that mean he doesn't have to pay child support?? I'm so confused...

He doesn't have any rights :) as he's not deemed the dad on paper 👍🏻 as far as I'm aware @beccastirlingx xxx

As. you haven't named him he would have to get a dna test and go to court to get his name put on there before he got any rights

As he's not on birth certificate he has no right unless he wants to pay for a Dna and court fees .....I hate it when a father doesn't want to be in a baby's life there just sperm doners in my eyes!!! X

@danielle09, exactly hun👏🏽 the things he has said and done in the time I've been pregnant is absolutely vile! I'd fight to the high hills to make sure he doesn't get any rights to my boy x

yeah make sure u do no man deserves to see any child when he acts like that!!!!.....any body can be a father but takes someone special to be a daddy!!! ....and takes someone special like you @beccastirlingx to be strong and bring him up on your own f**k him keep smiling X

was gonna say what few other girls have said he has to go through the courts and dna through courts. alot of hassle for someone who hasnt been interested hun xx
