my husband and I both serve in the Army, they can even have me come back early if I'm needed. it's my job, so I may not like it but it's my responsibility as a soldier

my husband is in the army and when she's born, he only gets 2 weeks of leave unless he uses his leave days that are saved up.
The army owns your husband they can do what they want when they want.
As long as your married, He should have 45 days from the birth of the baby to take his leave. He may not get it immediately but he should still have a chance. And if he is deployed during the birth he has 60 days from when he returns to take paternity leave
Paternity leave isn't granted in the military if you aren't married.
Best part of the military. (Sarcasm)
... Im done.
They sure can! My dad didn't get to see any of his kids be born.
I'm in labor and delivery right now and my boyfriend is with his unit and they won't let him leave
Actually yes they can, since he's not the one having the kid
