Took Benadryl last night! The changing weather is no help to those trying to stay healthy.

I take tylenol pm almost everynight anymore just so i can sleep a few hours so i completely understand!

Yup!! I take it to usually help me sleep or for allergies. If you're in pain take some Tylenol, it'll help better for ya!
