@kaidensmommy, I lived on Sprite! That's like the only thing I could keep down! 😂 until I hit like 13 weeks

Oh yes ! That's my go to& it's funny because when I am not pregnant I don't like soda at all @myasmommy

Popsicles! Or something that helped me since I always felt dehydrated was making Gatorade ice cubes and sucking on them. Or the pedialyte Popsicles

@kaidensmommy, I made smoothies and sipped on them slowly and toasted some toast I have morning sickness from 8 weeks to like 14 weeks

Ginger ale helped for a while . After a meal if I still felt sick I'd eat some utz plain potato chips .

Fruit soup and Popsicles

Cereal was my go to

Popcorn helped me when I was sick. Or cut up and apple and put lemon juice on it
