I had one, it was valentines theme. I was so anxious to open the envelope when the nurse sealed my baby's gender up lol but it was so worth waiting till the party to find out too(:

In order to keep it a secret from yourself just have the ultrasound tech put the gender results in am envelope without telling you and give you to whoever is making your cupcakes.

I know! I mean learning the gender just at the ultrasound was amazing too but I thought it looked really cool to like give a friend the gender in an envelope and go buy silly string in the corresponding color and have a silly string fight with your partner to reveal the gender. How cute is that?!

We did ours on Christmas! We bought my boyfriends mom a pink little photo album that says grandmas little brag book. Since this was her first grandchild we had her open the gift while the family sat around her! It was fun :) I had to keep the secret in for 2 weeks!! It was hard lol
