Anybody have sciatica at 17 weeks because I couldn't get comfortable last night for anything

Heat is awesome for it but the chiropractor works wonders!

i did and using a heating pad on a low setting really helped.

I've had such bad sciatic pain my whole pregnancy. Now at 41 weeks it's so bad I can barely walk 😩 whenever I'm sitting down I use a hot compress or a heating pad
