I take it Hun and since I had been taking it I have felt so much better and not as tired x

I took it until 11 weeks and had to stop it made me so sick!!! X

I used it for my first two pregnancies and it was absolutely fine but with this one I found it made me extremely nauseous regardless of the time of day I took it. So I had to stop taking it and wasted quite a bit of money, there's definitely nothing wrong with it though and kept all my levels of everything perfect according to my blood tests but just doesn't agree with me this time round. x

I know pregnancy is definitely a scary thing, more then I even thought it was myself until I got pregnant. You worry about everything, but it's definitely better for you and baby not to get yourself to caught up on things. Unfortunately the fear never goes away and you still worry but you have to learn to embrace it. As for sneezing my stomach still hurts when I sneeze. I try and hold it but sometimes sneezing catches me off guard. It's the ligaments but it hurts! Please don't worry though, I think the more you worry yourself silly then the more stress you put yourself under xx

@winterbaby95, because my stomach tenses and i get scared just dont want anything to go wrong but its ok now just get paranoid xx

I've not heard any stories about it, I look into everything before I take anything due to bubs. I've taken Pregnacare since I found out I was pregnant, now gone on to Pregnacare Max. Midwifes even recommend you take it, even the pack the midwife gives ya has a weeks sample of it. If it wasn't safe then they wouldn't be recommending it to mummy's to be :) let alone be able to sell it as pregnancy vitamins x

@cookiedough95 Tablets can't cause a miscarriage. It was most likely a coincidence :) Miscarriages are nornally caused by the fetus having abnormalities :) xx

Reason I'm still taking it as it supports breast feeding mothers too :) I am breast feeding :)

i dunno if it was just my friends mum but she ended up having a miscarriage due to them and after my ectopic just worried xx

Of course its safe? Why wouldn't it be. Its recommended by midwifes etc :)

I've been taking it since before i got pregnant, I'm 39 weeks now and never had a problem. You're advised to take pregnancy vitamins, and my blood levels have remained good throughout the 9 months.

Oh really I would be interested in hearing others thoughts as I am taking pregnacare. I did say to midwife that I am taking pregnacare vitamins and she never mentioned anything.

iv been taking them for about 8 weeks honey and don't feel any different on them. plus taking iron tablets and calcium vit d tablets don't feel any better with any of them. Might help u honey xxx

Yes :) Took it until I was 7 months :) Ran out so took a boots brand :) Still taking it now :) and my daughter is 4 months :)
