So my baby is 12 days old and I haven't been able to breast feed her with my left boob it's extremely painful with like bumps inside ? And since 2 am last night I've been shivering and freezing I tried taking a hot bath but I'm still cold now my body is aching and I have the worst migraine headache ? Has anyone else experienced this ?

It sounds like blocked ducts or mastitis if hot to touch or have a fever. I get blocked ducts constantly. use heat, hand express in the shower it will help alot if you don't get the blocks out it will turn into mastitis

I have no experience, but it sounds like it could be mastitis? Call the doctor today and get antibiotics if that's what it is.
First breath!!! Having a newborn home for the first couple of months is a challenge... I Agree, blocked ducts.... Feed you baby with that breast, pump, hot showers.. You need to get the milk out.. I know its painful,.. Remember to feed ur baby with both breast...
