Help pleaaaase; So idk if its BH but since about 12 baby boys been active kicking alot, but ive been getting cramps in my stomach and they havent gone away since. Pain kind of radiates to my back, and thighs not severe but enough to keep me up. trying to change positions but nothing helps. Am i just being paranoid & its just babys position?

Okay so today is the day my period is expected but been trying for a baby so thought I'd try a pregnancy test and it's come up with a faint line on the positive side, just help me out here and please tell me it's a positive!!?? 😍
