is there anything i can do or take to help me produce more breast milk im not even pumping 1 ounce& its going on 2 months

1 oz is completely normal if you're putti ng baby to breast as well

Talk to a lactation consultant. There are teas you can drink as well.

I admire you for your dedication to do what's best for your baby.

I'm pumping 1 to 2 Oz but that's because baby is on the breast all day and night as well
