Having severe hip and back pain 31 weeks pregnant any suggestions on off to get rid of it the pain or could this just mean my hips and butt are expanding little by little ??

So much hip pain and lower back pain but no bleeding. Has anyone experience anything like that before labor? I'm only 33 weeks pregnant.

TMI- but I'm having clear stringy discharge is that my mucus plug and I'm having a little bit of hip pain. 34 weeks

Is hip pain normal in the last few months of pregnancy in the mornings? Usually I only get it in one hip or the other.

i have the same thing!im 32 weeks and it just feels sore just to walk but its because your pelvic area is loosening so baby can fit through the birth canal :) its normal.
