mine was at 24 and he was head down! have always felt his movement down in my suprapubic area since I was able to feel him move. no complications so far!

My main concern is mostly that he would come early since he's already head down, and my daughter came at 34 week due to the preeclampsia

My son was head down at 20 weeks as well. He did many flips. I had a 3D done this past Wednesday and he's head down again but I'm also 32 weeks now.

He has plenty of time to flip over and over again. My son was head down at 19 weeks, went back at 21 and he was breech. I don't know what position he's in now. But you still have time before his position needs to be a concern.

my son was head down at 20 weeks, then flipped back around. he just flipped head down again at 31 weeks so try not to worry too much
