Ive been having period cramps in my lower stomach for a few hours. should i be concerned?

Yes it could be, however I don't think it hurts to call. Better safe than sorry. Sounds cliché but it's true.

You could try water, tylenol, amd laying on your left side for a whole to see if it helps. If it's not better in an hr I'd call
