Have any of you mommies had back labor? How can you tell when you're having contractions in your back? My stomach will tighten up but not really be in pain but I am having horrible pain in my back. It will peak and then kinda calm down but then gets really bad again

I had back labor but did not realize I was having contractions because my back pain was constant so during birth I had to keep my hands on my stomach in order to know when I was having a contradiction. What you explained is back labor :-(

@elias_mommy1009, it's just like a contraction in the front accept you feel it all over your back.
