they can prescribe you a safe stool softener and recommend fiberous foods, this happened to me and I ended up being dehydrated and didn't know it..! biggest cause of constipation in pregnancy. drink lots lots LOTS of fluids even when you're not thirsty and try adding some greens or Metamucil in there too. hormones make you impacted ;) Good luck!!

u could be constipated but if ur worried about it call ur l&d or ob hun
