Of course it is, I live in an at will state so it's not as black n white as other places, what I was experiencing was constructive dismissal, didn't outright get fired. Which is almost worse cuz I couldn't have collected unemployment. They basically cut me down from over 30 hrs a week down to about 11. No exaggeration. It was total bs.

@bria, its very illegal to fire someone due to being pregnant I am gonna sue

It was really hard. I still had to find another job. The job I wound up taking is awful. Yeah I filed a complaint but it didn't do anything for me really. I knew it wasn't gonna do anything though, filed a complaint to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone in the future

I didn't get fired but I experienced what is considered constructive dismissal. I was basically forced to quit and then filed a complaint with the EEOC. I had to find another job at like 26 weeks pregnant, it was really hard on me.
